BAKED CAULIFLOWER WITH SEA SALT
Preparation
1: SOAK ONE BIG CAULIFLOWER UNDER COLD WATER AT LEAST 3 HRS
2: DRAIN AND SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT AND GRAPESEED OIL OR
OLIVE OIL ALL OVER
3: PREHEAT OVEN AT 450F
4: WRAP WITH FOIL ON A GREASED PAN AND BAKED FOR 45 MINS
5: OPEN FOIL AT LAST 5-10 MINS FOR BROWNING PURPOSE.
6: TAKE OUT AND CUT, BEST SERVE HOT.
