Use a wood meat pounder to tenderizer the meat before marinated
Salt , pepper , and five spicy powder one tea spoon each…
Marinate the meat both sides for 30 minutes at least
one by one mix the meat with the bread crumbs before cook
Carefully put the marinated meat onto a hot wok filled with half full cooking oil
Turn to medium heat and fry the meat slightly brown, flap it carefully with a long tong for the other side.. I usually like to add two garlic cloves for favor too. Then fry until the meat is cooked… about 10-12 minutes each side..
Dish up and put onto a plate with kitchen paper , rest 3-5 minutes before serve.
