Four kings Stir-Fry Special..Sabah famous stir-fry

Asparagus, okra, snap peas, each 150 gm
-one head garlic

Remove the top and the tail of each Okra, and cut into small wedges. Remove the hard edges of the snap peas, removed the bottom crust of the asparagus with a planer , and cut all into short strips. set aside

Ingredients:
1 -Asparagus, okra, snap peas, each 150 gm
-one head garlic
2 -Instant honeydew salted fish (commonly sold in major Asian supermarket snacks shelf)
* (Make your own honeydew salted fish....Simply deep fry the tiny dried salted fish till browned, add a tablespoon of honey and stir until it is crispy and fragrant)

Steps~
1: Gently removed the bottom crust of the asparagus with a planer , and cut all into short strips.
2: Remove the top and the tail of each Okra, and cut into small wedges. Remove the hard edges of the snap peas, set aside.
3: Garlic sliced thinly.
4: Heat up oil on a heated wok ,fry sliced garlic with medium high heat till fragrant, add all the beans and stir fry for 2 minutes, cover for 1 minute, sprinkle sea salt to taste.
5: At last adding the honeydew dried salted fish over the beans,mix all well together , dish up and serve hot..
