Ingredients:
1 -Asparagus, okra, snap peas, each 150 gm
-one head garlic
2 -Instant honeydew salted fish (commonly sold in major Asian supermarket snacks shelf)
* (Make your own honeydew salted fish....Simply deep fry the tiny dried salted fish till browned, add a tablespoon of honey and stir until it is crispy and fragrant)
Steps~
1: Gently removed the bottom crust of the asparagus with a planer , and cut all into short strips.
2: Remove the top and the tail of each Okra, and cut into small wedges. Remove the hard edges of the snap peas, set aside.
3: Garlic sliced thinly.
4: Heat up oil on a heated wok ,fry sliced garlic with medium high heat till fragrant, add all the beans and stir fry for 2 minutes, cover for 1 minute, sprinkle sea salt to taste.
5: At last adding the honeydew dried salted fish over the beans,mix all well together , dish up and serve hot..
