Sweet and sour pork recipe

Tender sweet and sour pork with assorted veggies and favor sauce is always a favorite dish for kids and simply family food on the table. Is it too complicated to make it at home or not ? To me it is simple but significant. Prepare all ingredients ahead before last stir-fry , then this easy sweet and sour pork dish is chopstick ready in a minute.

Ingredients:

Pork Burt - 1 ..1/2 pounds Cut into bit sizes pieces

One small red , green and yellow bell pepper cut into small pieces

One onion , one tomato , rough chopped, set aside.

1 Cup fresh pineapple chunks , or a small canned pineapple ( drained )

Sweet and sour sauce -

Rice vinegar ,Lea Perrins Worcestershire 2 table spoon each, 1 cup of Mirin ( I prefer adding this instead of sugar )and 1 cup of tomato sauce all mixed well with another half cup of water with one table spoonful of corn flour , set aside.

Steps-

1: Wash and drain the meat , marinade the meat with pepper and salt , corn flour one table spoon each , dash few drops of sweet soy sauce , all mix well. Lastly one egg to cover it all before dip on the dry corn flour plate for deep fry.

2:Hot oil on a deep pot or wok , carefully place one piece by one piece dipped flour coated pork pieces onto the pot, don’t flap it over at the beginning , wait until the flour meat is settled, flap it gently and fry 3-4 minutes each side with medium heat to cook it through , dish up and set aside.

3- second round deep fried with high heat to get moisture out of the coating , around one to two minutes and keep eye on avoiding burnt , carefully dish up with a strainer.

4- stir onion with the mixed sauce first , add in the rest veggies till fragrant , then mix the fried pork into the sauce , gently mix well and it is best quickly dish up as soon as it’s done to ensure the crunchiness.

Well, is it too complicated ? I guess not
