Bun Bun Day~

This is a simple bun making just all mama made at home, thatโ€™s what I copy from my mama friends , so sometimes I don't use any measurement ๐Ÿ˜

1: Three glasses or bowls of all purpose flour mix with one and half to 2 same size bowl of warm water, 1tsp of yeast , dash of salt and baking powder, 1/4 cup of sugar, knead well and rest 30 mins the most


2: Then divide in evenness parts, put your favor fillings (* any kind of your preference ) stuff and shape , rest 10-15 mins more , then steam only 15 mins and turn off

3: Slightly open the lid, rest another 10 mins...
Then come out nice and soft bun bun๐Ÿ˜€

Add Pandan juice to replace water , then came out Pandan bun bun as well ๐Ÿ˜„

*1- Random blend the Pandan leaves with water , then add 1/3 of milk together to replace water even best ๐Ÿ˜‰

Tips :

5 Rose Flour is the best choice, ( Quebec)
All purpose Flour (white) come out super soft.
( You can get everywhere at big store )
No need rest too long , knead until soft and smooth then it is just fine.
Choose whatever fillings you choose, this is my basic dough for all kinds of buns except BBQ pork bun
