PUMPKIN MUFFINS~

Bake 25-30mins…100% pure Pumpkin Purée

***Do not over mix, just blended evenly.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon, nutmeg , and clove spice
    Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp
    1 cup brown sugar
    Pure Pumpkin purée 200g
    4 large eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil ( grape seed oil)
    1/2 cup fresh orange juice

    Steps~

    Bake 25-30mins…100% pure Pumpkin Purée

    ***Do not over mix, just blended evenly.
    PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

    Paper-line muffin cups

    1: Combine and sieve flour ,spices, baking soda , baking powder ,
    and salt in large bowl.
    2: Combine sugar, pumpkin purée ,eggs, oil and juice in large mixer bowl; beat until evenly blended, but not over .

    3-Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture ; stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.

    4-BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or inserted a skewer in centers comes out clean, done and cool on wire racks.

    Kids ready to go… Trick or Treat…

***Optional.. add extra whipped cream in between the batter as desired
