Avocado Rice Ball paired with Panfry Salmon and onion
Cooking with passion and convenience to achieve a tasty meal is my everyday goal, why not ?
1- 1 and 1/2 cups of rice cooked , add one teaspoon of rice vinegar , top with avocado slices ( one avocado) mixed well.
2- dash with toasted sesame , shredded toast dry seaweed, all mixed well , set-aside.
1- one small bowl of warm water by the sideβ¦
2- wet the hand with warm water, spoon the rice with the rice paddle , press firmly and form a ball shape.
3- Freely top with sesame and shredded seaweed , done as shown
1- one fresh onion cut into rings , and panfry with oil till fragrant and slightly brown ,dish up and set aside. Optional dash with salt , but I prefer not as I like the onion βs own sweetness after toasted .π
My favor bbq sauce for simple panfry with salmon , it is really handy and tasty .
Heated pan with 2 table spoon avocado oil , panfry two small pieces of salmon with garlic and shredded ginger , one minute after flapped over and add one table spoon of above sauce , one minute after turn off the heat and rest inside the pan for another one minute, done , and serve hot.
