Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with garlics ,green beans and tomatoes....
Healthy and simple.. Side dish
Ingredients ..
1: Brussels sprouts 2 cups ,1 clove garlic, 1 cup green beans, 1 &1/2cup tomatoes
Half yellow bell pepper
Seasoning..
1: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp honey 1 tsp olive oil
Whisk and set aside
Steps..
1: Put the sprouts into a pan of boiling water,add oil and salt, bring back to the boil
for 4-5 minutes, rinse ,drain and halved.
2: Pour in the peas , and cook for a further 2 minutes, drain and set aside with
the sprouts .
3: hot pan hot oil deep fry garlics, drain and set aside
4: Add 1 tbsp oil in the same pan,sauté all veggies, pour the preparing sauce and
sauté 3 more mins,
Done and dish up, serve hot or warm.
