Prepare all ingredients …


Oysters 8-10 pieces , fresh or frozen packaged , bit of salt and pepper, one cup corn flour and cooking oil for deep fry
Few ginger slices and a bunch of green onion for soaking the oysters…

Steps~

1-gently wash fresh or defrosted frozen oyster with corn flour and water , and soak into a bowl of hot boiling water with ginger and spring onion for 5 minutes , quickly drain and dry with kitchen paper.
2: place oysters onto a plate of corn flour mixed with dash of salt and pepper , coat evenly before deep fry.
3: cook oyster around 3-4 at a time , in hot oil until golden brown , about 2 minutes. Dish up with a strainer, place on a plate top with kitchen paper, rest 1-2 minutes before serve. A perfect appetizer for gatherings.

Note: seafood has it's own rich flavor , so this crispy oyster snack can serve hot with no dipping sauce ,or with ketchup... balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise according to personal preferences.
