SAUTÉ SHRIMP AND EGG WITH FLAT NOODLES ~

Shrimp paired with smooth egg stir-fry flat noodle is a simple but delicate dish , a wonderful combination of tastes and a melt in your mouth softness of aromatic flavour which the ingredients list is simple and short , only egg , shrimp and flat noodle . With
well preparing all ingredients before stir fry, it only requires a fast hot oil cooking , so time consuming here is also simple and short as the ingredients list .

Ingredients~ 2-3 serving

1- one package flat noodle ( Ho Fun ) from Asian supermarket.. 300 gm

2- two eggs , some spring onion diced

3-one small package of frozen raw shrimp meat..150 gm

  1. Preparation and cooking ~15-20 minutes

    Shrimp clean, and deveined , marinated with pinch of sugar, pepper, and sesame oil.

    Beat 2 eggs , ready a batter with 1 tsp corn starch with 1 cup water, salt and chicken broth powder 1 tea spoon each mix well and salt to taste, set aside.

    completely loosen flat noodles, mix well with a pitch of salt, microwave 1min. Dish up and set aide.

    Rinse the wok with hot oil, then use the same wok , sauté flat noodles and dish up.

  2.  Sauté shrimps with hot oil, hot pan, do not over stir, and dish up .

  3. add egg batter onto the hot pan , add beated egg , then the cooked shrimp with couple quick stirs, finally pourover the flat noodles and dish up, done and serve hot, enjoy.
