Saute’ Asian Style Fettuccine with shallot, garlic and spring onion

Ingredients~

1- one whole garlic , 3 shallots , green onion 4-5 , sprig bonito flares

2- Asian style Fettuccine 450-500 gm

Steps~

Add 450-500g of noodle to one pot of hot boiling water , stir gently , cook for about 3-5 mine , or until noodle is soft , then drain under cold water , set aside .

2- saute’ chopped garlic , shallot until fragnant , dish up and set aside.

3- saute’ spring onion in hot pan with hot oil , dish up and set aside.

4- saute’ noodle in hot pan with garlic and shallots oil , salt to taste until noodle is evenly flavored , dish up .

5- add bonito flakes on top of noodle , mix well with fried garlic , shallot , and green onion , done and serve.
