Steps~
1- rinse cauliflower, soak the whole cauliflower with water for 3 hours, drain and rub 3 tbsp of seasalt all over the cauliflower ,set aside.
2- mix all seasonings , then apply it evenly all over the cauliflower.
3- preheat the oven 450 F 10 minutes, wrap the seasoned cauliflower with foil, ready to bake.
4- put the wrap cauliflower onto a bake pan, bake 450 F ..30 minutes .
5- carefully push out the baked pan after 30 minutes, open up the foil and bake till slightly golden, about 10-15 minutes more.
6- carefully take out, set aside.
7- mix mayonnaise and sour cream plus lemon juice evenly on a mixing bowl , then pour onto a serving plate, dash with paprika .
8- slice the baked cauliflower and serve with the sauce.

Sauce:
1- mayonnaise and sour cream 1/2 cup each
2- lemon juice 2 tbsp ( half lemon )
3- mix mayonnaise and sour cream plus lemon juice evenly on a mixing bowl , then pour onto a serving plate, slice the baked cauliflower and serve with the sauce.
