a medium sized bottle gourd Vermicelli 100 gm
No salt added vegetable broth 900 ml
Seasonings :
Tom yum paste 2 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp chili powder 1tbsp
Fish sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp
Steps:
gourd peel and chop
soak vermicelli in hot water for 3 mins ,drain and set aside
curry and chili powder add 2 tbsp water into paste ,set aside
Add seasoning paste in a hot pan, add gourd and stir well .
Pour vegetable broth in, simmer until tender ,then add vermicelli until
boil, fish sauce and sesame oil to taste ,done and serve hot.
