A simple panfried fish recipe with tasty flavor is a gift , a fish you enjoy the whole from nose to tail , crispy brown outside and tender inside with a special kind of fragrant , a perfect dish for me whenever I crave the flavor of salted fish once a while.

Ingredients ~

1- medium whole yellow croaker , a small piece of salted fish

2 few garlic and ginger slices , some shredded scallion

3- cooking oil for frying , 2-3 tbsp sweet soy sauce for addition flavor.

Preparation ~

1- fish scaled and gutted.

2- fish dash salt and pepper all over after wash ,clean and kitchen paper dry

3- salt fish easy wash and kitchen paper dry , set aside.

Steps~

1-Hot oil , hot pan with sliced ginger and garlic , panfry salted fish first with medium heat , about one minute each side till fragrant .

***( the flavor of the salted fish merge with the cooking oil which brings a perfect taste of the dish )

2- Panfry the yellow croaker by the side gently till both sides brown and crispy.

3- dish up the salted fish on the serving plate..

4- add the shredded scallion on the cooking pan, stir by the side till fragrant , pour the sweet sauce with extra 1-2 tbsp oil all over the fish , finally dish up , done and enjoy.
