My usual version ..leftover of yesterday cooking is priority here.😁

This time I added in extra homemade salted duck egg as the major favors, and wow wow wow , it comes out with golden fragrance of irresistibly delicious plate of rice. So stir fried rice is a no limit creation to my cooking fantasy.

***Tips of making a good plate stir-fried rice..

1 : ready cooked cold rice.

2: high heat .. for a special kind of fragrance

3: use butter and onions as base favor

4: salt and pepper ..enhance the taste

Ingredients…

1: three salted duck eggs.. separate egg white and yolk in advance

2: beacons.. few pieces as desired (my leftover from breakfast cooking)

3: shrimps and shredded dried scallop (leftovers of yesterday cooking)

4: two medium size onions, shredded , one egg beaten with salted duck egg white.

5: few spring onion shredded

Steps~

1: cook a pot of rice (2 -3cups ), put a tablespoon of butter after it is cooked , and stir gently.

2: preparing all selected ingredients accordingly , cut and shredded .

3: beaten one whole egg with the salted duck egg white , set aside.

4: Hot wok hot oil stir fried the shredded onion , shrimps and dried scallop till fragrant, dash salt and pepper to taste.

5: add in beacons and sautéed till fragrant , dish up and set aside.

6:Sautéed salted duck yolk on a clean hot wok with butter till soft with bubbles..

***(medium heat , no over burnt )

7: put rice onto the sautéed duck yolk , and sautéed evenly.

8: put the sautéed ingredients onto the rice , stir fry evenly

9: apart the rice into half on the wok , gently put the beaten egg and salted duck egg white onto the half divided sides of the wok, add one tablespoon oil along the edges , rest half minute then mix all well together till fragrant.

10: Finishing with dash of shredded spring onion , salt to taste and dish up.

Done and enjoy.😋
