Stir fry Lettuce stem with Sesame oil

It is known as Chinese lettuce , or stem lettuce. Stir Fry in few minutes , a quick and fresh dish is right on your plate.
Let’s go and check…
1: Prepare two chunks of lettuce stems , cut off the tips , strip and peel the hard skin off the stem with a peerer.
2: Cut the stem into strips , no need shredded too thin..
3:prepare garlic , the fish sauce and sesame oil by the side for quick stir- fry.
4:Heat the wok with 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil , Add garlic slices to enhance flavor ,stir fry the leaves first , dish up.
5: Use the same wok, place the sliced lettuce stems onto the heated wok, quick stir fry .. 1-2 mins only , dash fish sauce , add sesame oil on top and mixed well. Dish up and enjoy.
