RICE CASSEROLE WITH PRESERVED MEAT~

Simple Ingredients..

1: Chinese sausages, salted duck leg , dry braised pork

2: special Chinese sauce (soya sauce … sweet soy , black soy , mix with sesame oil )

Soak sausages , dry meat and salted duck leg with boiling water for 1 minute , so as to rinse off the excess greasiness .

Cook rice with clay pot, till almost cooked but still with bubbles….

Note: 1-1-2 proportion of rice and water

Top rice with sausages , dry meat and salted duck leg, cook till cooked.(about 3-5 mins more)

Rice is cooked, meat is also ready… rest 10 minutes inside the pot.

Heat oil in a wok and saute’ veggies….

~dish up and serve with a big bowl or serve with pot~~ enjoy~
